So I've been having a sort of Mass Effect marathon for the past week, and whilst I'm close to finishing the game I am quite stuck. I have just landed on the shadow broker ship and made my way in to the ship where plates keep going up and down and discharging their electricity, I have heard Liara's comment about what happened to the builders several times now, and every time when I go around the corner on the route parallel to the plates the game crashes.
And nothing I do can change that, the screen just goes white and the windows manager comes up looking for a solution but says to close the game.
